Geoteck Distribution LTD, the official Dyson distributor, approached us to build the official online store for the Georgian market. The goal was to develop a premium e-commerce platform that meets Dyson's strict global standards for visual identity and user experience, while tailoring it to local market specifics. A key requirement: the system had to be flexible enough for the client’s team to manage it independently.
STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
Adhering to the brand’s rigorous UI/UX requirements was paramount. Technically, the project went far beyond a standard shop: it required full synchronization with the Mark IV inventory system, dual-language support (GE/EN), and integration of official payment gateways (Apple Pay, TBC Bank). We focused on building a high-performance MVP on WooCommerce, optimized for peak loads and flawless mobile performance, while ensuring the architecture was ready for regional expansion.
THE PROCESS
We developed a custom “Pixel Perfect” theme and integrated the product catalog with Mark IV and Excel for real-time synchronization. After setting up multi-language support and secure payment methods, we conducted training sessions and provided video guides for the client’s team, enabling them to manage content without needing a developer.
RESULT
A high-tech e-commerce platform is ready for launch. The project has successfully passed brand compliance, and the warehouse logic is fully automated. The business now has a scalable, robust tool that they can operate independently.
