We focused on client pain points: uncertainty, shipment loss, unclear statuses. The website needed to answer all questions and turn logistics into a clear, reliable process. We used the journey metaphor to guide users from problem to solution.
Process
We mapped out user flow — from selecting transport to sending a request. Designed a scroll-based animation of the delivery journey, emphasized key benefits, added hover effects, clear CTAs, and brand-inspired visuals based on the T22 logo.
Results
A corporate website that feels intuitive and trustworthy. It boosts user confidence and encourages inquiries with the sense that “they already understand my problem — I just need to send a request.”
